RUNWAY STRIP AND RUNWAY END SAFETY AREA (RESA) OF RUNWAY 14/32 CONSTRUCTION WORKS
AT PHITSANULOK AIRPORT (VTPP)

1 INTRODUCTION

With effect from 1 October 2026 until 30 October 2027, daily from 0200 to 1000 UTC and 1300 to 2200 UTC, this AIRAC AIP Supplement is issued to notify all concerned that construction works for the improvement of the Runway Strip and Runway End Safety Area (RESA) of Runway 14/32 will be carried out at Phitsanulok Airport (VTPP).

2 DETAILS

The construction works for the Runway Strip and Runway End Safety Area (RESA) of Runway 32/14 at Phitsanulok Airport consist of the following activities:

1	Construction of Runway 32 RESA	25 July 2026 - 30 November 2026	1300 - 2200 UTC Work will be carried out after the airport operating hours.
2	Construction of Runway 14 RESA	1 December 2026 - 30 April 2027
3	Runway Strip Improvement	1 September 2026 - 30 October 2027
4	Construction of Covered Drainage Channel within the Runway Strip between Runway 32/14 and Taxiway	1 October 2026 - 30 June 2027	0200 - 1000 UTC and 1300 - 2200 UTC Work will be carried out after the airport operating hours.
Remarks: Runway and taxiways remain available for normal operations.

4 VALIDITY

This AIRAC AIP Supplement remains effective until 30 October 2027 at 2200 UTC. Any operational restrictions during the construction period will be promulgated by NOTAM.
