THE ADVANCE PASSENGER PROCESSING SYSTEM (APPS) SERVICE CHARGE AT UDON THANI AIRPORT

1 INTRODUCTION

With effect from 15 September 2026, this AIC is issued to inform all concerned that the Department of Airports (DOA) has implemented a facilitation service charge for the Advance Passenger Processing System (APPS) at Udon Thani Airport.

2 DETAILS

2.1 A facilitation service charge for the Advance Passenger Processing System (APPS) at Udon Thani Airport shall be collected from passengers travelling on international flights at a rate of THB 35 per passenger per journey, inclusive of 7% Value Added Tax (VAT).

2.2 This measure is in accordance with the Department of Airports Announcement on the Collection of Facilitation Service Charges for the Advance Passenger Processing System (APPS), dated 15 September 2026.
