  REVISED THE CONSTRUCTION OF HYDRANT SYSTEM FOR AIRCRAFT FUELING STATION
AT KRABI AIRPORT (VTSG)

1  INTRODUCTION

With effect from 3 August 2026 at 0100 UTC to 26 December 2026 at 1000 UTC, this AIP Supplement is to inform all concerned of the construction of hydrant system for aircraft fueling station at Krabi Airport.

2  DETAILS

2.1 Construction and Installation of Hydrant Pit Valve
2.1.1 The construction area is located at the apron area (Aircraft Stand No. 7 - 10) and the affected aircraft stands will be unserviceable.
2.1.2 The construction period is from 3 August 2026 to 11 October 2026 between 0100 - 1000 UTC.
2.1.3 The construction will be carried out according to the work schedule as follows:

2.1.4 The construction area layout is shown below.

2.2 System Testing
2.2.1 System testing will be conducted daily from 21 October 2026 to 26 December 2026between 0100 - 1000 UTC.
2.2.2 The fuel supply system in the apron area will be tested during nighttime when no scheduled flights are operated.
2.3 The construction areas will be blocked off by barriers painted in alternate bands of red and white or orange and white and will be provided with omnidirectional fixed red lights and orange and white checkered flags.
2.4 Vehicles and machinery operating in th airside will be equipped with 90 x 90 cm orange and white checkered flags or flashing lights. Personnel in the worksites are required to wear a reflective safety vest and a safety helmet.
2.5 All personnel and vehicles require permission to enter and exit the designated areas.
2.6 Pilots are required to follow instructions of air traffic controller ( ATC) throughout the construction period.

4  VALIDITY

This AIP Supplement supersedes NON-AIRAC AIP Supplement A37/25 and will remain current until 26 December 2026 at 1000 UTC. Any changes to this AIP Supplement will be notified through NOTAM.
