1  INTRODUCTION

With effect from 9 July 2026 at 1500 UTC until 31 July 2027 at 2200 UTC, this AIRAC AIP Supplement is issued to notify all concerned that construction works on Runway 01/19, Taxiways A, B and C, apron extension, runway strip, Taxiway C clearway, and airfield lighting system revision will be carried out at Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport (VTSF).

2.1 The construction project for Runway, taxiway and apron extension and airfield lighting system revision at Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport (VTSF) consists of the following works:

Taxiways A and B, and aircraft stands 1-7, are available for normal operations.
Operators of private aircraft and training flights shall coordinate with the airport authority prior to filing a flight plan.
2.2 All machinery and personnel shall vacate the work area and maintain a safe distance at least 15 minutes prior to any aircraft take-off or landing.
2.3 The construction area shall be demarcated by barriers painted in alternating red and white or orange and white colours for warning purposes.
2.4 Vehicles and machinery operating in the airside will be equipped with 90 x 90 cm. orange and white checkered flags or flashing lights.
2.5 Personnel in the worksites are required to wear a reflective safety vest and a safety helmet.
2.6 The charts related to the construction and revision works are attached herewith.

4   VALIDITY

This AIRAC AIP Supplement supersedes AIRAC AIP Supplement B11/26 dated 5 Mar 2026 and will remain in effect until 31 Jul 2027 at 2200 UTC. Operational restrictions during the construction period will be promulgated by NOTAM.
