1  INTRODUCTION

With effect from 14 May 2026 at 0001 UTC to 31 December 2026 at 0001 UTC, the purpose of this AIRAC AIP Supplement is to inform all concerned regarding Temporary suspension of SURAT THANI DVOR/DME (STN) due to relocation details are as follows.

2  THE PERIOD OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION

STN DVOR/DME will be temporarily suspension from 14 May 2026 at 0001 UTC to 31 December 2026 at 0001 UTC.

3  FLIGHT PROCEDURE

A temporary reporting point name SAPUD (090746.24N 0990805.09E) will be established at the same coordinates of SURAT THANI DVOR/DME (STN) for ATS routes G458, W17, W24, W28, W32 and Y8 and a portion of ATS route G458 between STN and MENEX will be suspended until STN normal operations resume.

4  FLIGHT PLANNING PROCEDURES

Reference to the AIP-THAILAND part ENR 1.10 item 4.1.1.1, 4.1.1.2 a, 4.1.1.2 b, 4.1.1.3 a, 4.1.1.3 b non-RNAV2 approved aircraft. To maintain efficiency of ATS during SURAT THANI DVOR/DME (STN) relocation, non-RNAV approved aircraft that intend to operate on G458 between SAPUD and MENEX shall file flight plan, depending on ACFT capability.
