RUNWAY 01/19 AND TAXIWAY A/B OVERLAY AND AIRFIELD LIGHTING SYSTEMS REVISION AT LOEI AIRPORT (VTUL)

1 INTRODUCTION

With effect from 19 March 2026 at 1130 UTC to 27 June 2026 at 2300 UTC, this AIRAC AIP Supplement is to inform all concerned of Runway 01/19 and Taxiway A/B overlay and airfield lighting systems revision at Loei Airport.

2 DETAILS

2.1 Construction works will be carried out on Runway 01/19 and Taxiway A/B, together with revision of the airfield lighting systems.

2.1.1 The overlay on the runways and taxiways comprises two layers, each 6 cm thick, totalling 12 cm.

2.1.2 The overlay works will be carried out within the turn pad areas.

2.1.3 The overlay works will cover an area of 2,100 m × 60 m on Runway 01/19 and will extend 60 m into the overrun area beyond both runway ends.

2.2 No overlay works will be carried out within the RESA areas.

2.3 Existing airport markings that are worn, damaged or faded will be repainted/re-marked.

2.4 The charts related to the construction and revision works are attached herewith.

4 VALIDITY

This AIRAC AIP Supplement will remain current until 27 June 2026 at 2300 UTC. Any changes to this AIP Supplement will be notified through NOTAM.
