2.1 The construction works include runway extension, runway overlay, construction of runway 08/26 RESA and revision of airfield lighting systems.

2.2 The construction will be conducted in the sites below:

- Location 1 (07º 30' 34" N 099º 37' 42" E)

- Location 2 (07º 30' 24" N 099º 36' 48" E)

- Location 3 (07º 30' 17" N 099º 36' 49" E)

- Location 4 (07º 29' 56" N 099º 35' 06" E)

- Location 5 (07º 30' 24" N 099º 34' 57" E)

- Location 6 (07º 30' 39" N 099º 36' 36" E)

- Location 7 (07º 30' 33" N 099º 36' 37" E)

- Location 8 (07º 30' 42" N 099º 37' 40" E)

Western area 578 metres away from the threshold of RWY 08

2.3 All workers and equipment must not be over 33 feet above ground level and must vacate runway strip within 15 minutes to accommodate flight operations (take-off and landing).

2.4 The approach lighting at runway 08 will be removed and therefore become unserviceable.

2.5 The construction works will be performed daily from 0100 UTC to 1100 UTC and from 1300 UTC to 2200 UTC except when scheduled flights are operated.

2.6 Flashing red lights (unserviceability light) will be displayed 0.5 metres above ground level at intervals of 3 metres to mark construction site. Vehicles and machinery in the site are all marked by 90 x 90 cn orange and white checkered flags. Personnel in the site are required to wear reflective safety vest to meet safety requirements.
