  PLANNED ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW TAXIWAYS AND NAVIGATION AIDS
AT SUVARNABHUMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

1  INTRODUCTION

1.1 This AIC presents information on the planned establishment of new taxiways and navigation aids at Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
1.2 The plan may be subject to changes from the schedule. Accordingly, this AIC will be followed up with an AIRAC AIP Amendment or AIP Supplements that will provide accurate and relevant information for aircraft operators.

2  DESCRIPTION

2.1 Runway 02L/20R, together with perimeter taxiway F13 connecting taxiway F and D and bypassing runway 02R/20L, is planned to accommodate anticipated traffic growth and reduce operational delays. Additionally, the installation of the ILS system for runway
02L/20R and re-establishment of SVB DVOR/DME are scheduled.
2.2 The planned implementation schedule is as follows:

Establish perimeter taxiway F13 by extending the southern part of parallel taxiway F and connecting to taxiway D, as shown in the layout below.

ILS system for runway
02L/20R

Operate runway 02L/20R as category II precision approach runway with ILS system and new IACs.
2029

SVB DVOR/DME

Re-establish SVB DVOR/DME at a new location after temporary suspension since 2023.
