1  INTRODUCTION

A temporary structure is being constructed approximately 0.4 NM northeast of Rayong VOR/DME (RYN) in support of a highway construction project. Due to its proximity, there is a potential for multipath interference and signal degradation affecting the RYN VOR/DME signal, particularly impacting aircraft operating on ATS Route W42. and nearby area (12°78'56.47"N 101°67'76.42"E,12°78'39.74"N 101°67'89.81"E, 12°78'42.54"N 101°67'95.75"E). DVOR signal degradation and potential radial scalloping may occur in the 010°– 030° sector from RYN VOR, particularly for aircraft operating below 7,000 ft on Route W42. RNAV-capable aircraft may be less affected. Visual and low-level operations near the structure should exercise caution.

Temporary construction near DVOR/DME (Rayong) will be from 7 Aug 2025 at 0001 UTC until 3 Sep 2025 at 1659 UTC.
