CONSTRUCTION OF NEW ARFF STATION AND REVISION OF AIRFIELD LIGHTING SYSTEMS
AT BURI RAM AIRPORT (VTUO)

1  INTRODUCTION

With effect from 12 June 2025 at 1301 UTC to 31 October 2025 at 0000 UTC, this AIRAC AIP Supplement is to inform all concerned of construction works such as runway and taxiway extension, apron expansion, construction of a new ARFF Station and revision of airfield lighting systems revision and the opening of apron and taxiway (A and B) at Buri Ram Airport. The details are as follows:

2  OPENING OF NEW APRON AND TAXIWAY B

Apron (Aircraft Stand No. 1 - 9) and Taxiway (A and B) will be available for operational use.

3.2  Mobile cranes will be operated daily at a New ARFF station construction area at an angle of 60 degree and a lifting height of 25 metres as details below:

3.3 Throughout the construction, vehicles and machinery in the site are all marked by orange and white checkered flags 90 – by – 90 - centimeters.
3.4 All personnel and vehicles require permission to enter and exit the designated areas.
3.5 All construction equipment will be kept clear before aircraft arrival and departure operation.
3.6 The chart related to the construction is attached in herewith.

4  AVAILABILITY OF VISUAL AIDS

5  TRAFFIC REGULATION
