  WARNING OF SKY LANTERN ACTIVITY IN THE VICINITY
OF MAE FAH LUANG-CHIANG RAIINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (VTCT)

1  INTRODUCTION

This section supplements the following portion(s) of the AIP: AD

1  With effect from 14 November 2024 at 0300 UTC to 16 November 2023 at 1800 UTC, the release of Sky Lantern activity will take place in the vicinity of the aerodrome during "Loy Krathong Festival 2024".

2  CAUTION

2  Sky Lanterns are released in a variety of heights. When released, it may drift a considerable distance from the point of release to unpredictable areas and heights that may affect aircraft operations. The release of Sky Lantern affects airspace within the vicinity of an aerodrome and may distract pilot during flight.
