This is planned to decommission the Non-Directional Radio Beacon (NDB) services at four airports, detailed as follows:

While flying RNP or RNAV procedures, pilots operating with only one TSO-129 GNSS receiver without map display are advised to manually use a GOTO function to check the distance and radial to the aerodrome reference point (ARP) in order to determine the minimum sector altitude (MSA).
This AIC will be cancelled when the information regarding the termination of the NDB services at Phitsanulok Airport (VTPP), Samui Airport (VTSM), Krabi Airport (VTSG), and Ubon Ratchathani Airport (VTUU) have been incorporated in AIP THAILAND.
