This section supplements the following portion(s) of the AIP: AD
1 With effect from 7 September 2023 at 0000 UTC to 31 May 2024 at 0300 UTC, the purpose of this AIRAC AIP Supplement is to inform all concerned regarding revised the temporary construction fences installed and the reduction of runway strip 01L/19R dimension at Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
2.1 Construction fences are installed along the west side of runway 01L/19R with distance 155 M from runway centre line.
2.2 The coordinates of fences are as follows:

2.3 The dimension of fences is 3 metre-high painted in alternate band of red and white, fences will be lighted by omni-directional fixed red lights spacing every 7.5 M at night and during limited visibility condition.
2.4 Runway strip 01L/19R dimension will be reduced to 3820 x 280 M.
Refer to VTBS AD 2.12 RUNWAY PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS remain unchanged.
2.5 Construction area lay-out is shown in attachment A1 - A2.
3.1 There is a presence of machinery operating in the construction area with maximum height 23.5 metres (77.1 feet) above ground level or 24.5 metres (80.38 feet) above mean sea level which do not exceed the Obstacle Free Zone (OFZ). Pilots are advised caution during flight operation.
3.2 All machineries will be marked and lighted.
