  AIR DISPLAY FOR 2023 IN CELEBRATION OF NATIONAL CHILDREN’S DAYAT DON MUEANG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (VTBD)

1  INTRODUCTION

This section supplements the following portion(s) of the AIP: AD

1  With effective on 14 January 2023, Air Display will take place at Don Mueang International Airport (VTBD) for celebration of National Children’s Day, which is organized by Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF).

2  GENERAL

2.1  The purpose of this AIP Supplement is to provide an advance notice of the event to all air operators, enabling them to plan their flight schedules and operations during the time period stated in the information and tables below.

2.2  Due to the rehearsals and Air Display, arriving and departing aircraft at VTBD may be delayed.

2.3  The Air Display will take place within 5 NM radius of Aerodrome Reference Point (ARP), and height from ground up to 10 000 FT above mean sea level.

2.4  General aviation (GA) aircraft are not accepted during Air Display period except the flights operated for technical reasons such as emergency, medical and rescue flights.
