1. FOR THAI REGISTERED AIRCRAFT
1.1 Commercial air transport operations shall comply with the Notification of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand on Air Operator Certificate Requirements;
1.2 Helicopter operations shall comply with the Notification of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand on Helicopter Operations Requirements; and
1.3 General aviation operations shall comply with the Notification of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand on General Aviation Requirements.
2. FOR OTHER STATE OF REGISTRY AIRCRAFT OPERATING IN THE KINGDOM OF THAILAND
2.1 Commercial air transport operations shall adhere to the regulations promulgated by their State of the Operator, which comply with the provisions of Annex 6: Operation of Aircraft, Part I and III;
2.2 General aviation operations shall adhere to the regulations promulgated by their State of Registry, which comply with the provisions of Annex6: Operation of Aircraft, Part I and III; and
2.3 For operations that require specific approval, the operator shall obtain specific approval from the State of the Operator, the State of Registry or the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand as appropriate.
