With effect from 0001 UTC on 8 October 2020, the purpose of this AIRAC AIP Supplement is to notify the operating procedure for Y99 flight efficiency enhancement in Bangkok Flight Information Region details are as follows.
When flights depart from VTSP on Runway 27 via EMRIT1B departure and operate on Y99, after reporting point EMRIT expect direct to reporting point EMVEL then resume flight plan routes, subject to traffic condition and only instructed by ATC.
Flight planning procedure refer to ENR 1.10 Flight Planning (AIP Thailand) remain unchanged.
All flights operated on item 2.1 shall be able to comply with altitude restriction to cross EMRIT at FL150 or above, if unable please inform ATC for further instruction.
Figure 1. illustrate, ATC clearance from PUT Approach for optional track (EMRIT - EMVEL) in accordance to 2.1.
