With effect from 5 January 2017, notifies that the implementation of the Amendment 7A to the 15th Edition of PANS-ATM, which becomes applicable from 10 November 2016, will be deferred for Thailand. This deferred implementation is not a difference to ICAO’s requirement.
Where, amongst others, Amendment 7A to the 15th Edition of PANS-ATM involves significant changes to current methodology of clearing aircraft via SIDs and STARS in addition to the introduction of new ATC/Pilot phraseologies, the current methodologies for such procedure and phraseologies used by air traffic controllers within Thailand will remained unchanged until its intended effective date.
This AIRAC AIP Supplement replaces NOTAM A2245/16, A2249/16, C3375/16, C3379/16 and will remain in force until its contents have been incorporated in AIP Thailand.
