1.1 The air traffic rules and procedures applicable to air traffic in the Kingdom of Thailand territory conform to Annex 2 and Annex 11 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and to those portions of the Procedures for Air Navigation Services - Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Services applicable to aircraft and of the Regional Supplementary Procedures applicable to the Southeast Asia Region.

1.2 An aircraft operating between the hours of sunset and sunrise, irrespective of weather conditions shall comply with IFR requirement.

1.3 Flights operating within BangkokTAIRSPACE;CODE_ID;114 FIR shall continuously guard the VHF emergency 121.5 MHz for reasons of safety.
