  THE OVERLAY OF RUNWAY 18/36 AND TAXIWAYS PAVEMENT, REVISION OF RELEVANT LIGHTING SYSTEM AND CONSTRUCTION OF RUNWAY 18/36 TURN PAD AT PHETCHABUN AIRPORT

1  INTRODUCTION

This section supplements the following portion(s) of the AIP: AD

1  With effect from 4 June 2021 at 0100 UTC to 30 September 2021 at 2200 UTC, this AIP Supplement is to inform all concerned of the overlay of runway 18/36 and taxiways pavement, revision of relevant lighting system and construction of runway 18/36 turn pad at Phetchabun Airport. The details are as follows:

2  CONSTRUCTION AREAS AND PERIOD

2.1  The overlay of runway 18/36 and taxiways pavement, revision of relevant lighting system and construction of runway 18/36 turn pad.

2.2  Runway 18/36 and taxiways A and B closed during the construction period.

2.3  The construction works will be performed daily from 0100 - 2200 UTC.

2.4  Throughout the construction, vehicles and machinery in the site are all marked by 90 x 90 cm. orange and white checkered flags.

2.5  All personnel and vehicles are able to enter and exit at the designated area only. Access to other areas must be permitted by airport officials.

2.6  During the construction period, pilots shall be advised by air traffic controller (ATC) to operate flights with caution.

2.7  The charts related to the construction are attached herewith.

4  This AIP Supplement superseded NOTAM C1446/21 and will remain current until 30 September 2021 at 2200 UTC. Any changes to this AIP Supplement will be notified through NOTAM.
